These days, it may be more cost effective to add to your current house than to sell it and buy a new one - and you have the opportunity to design the addition exactly to your own specifications. We know the ins and outs of additions, from concept to completion.
whole house renos
We can completely transform an older house from top to bottom with a new kitchen, new bathrooms, new floors, new doors and windows – whatever you require. Often a complete new floor plan is possible, without changing the footprint of the house. We can move walls and open spaces to reclaim living area and create an entirely new and updated environment for you and your family.
design services
Although we often work closely with architects and designers, Nueva has the ability to create complete plans to help customers conceptualize their project and to obtain necessary permits. In fact, we handle the permitting process, so you don’t have to worry about it. We work closely with licensed structural engineers and Title 24 experts to develop plans that meet all safety and environmental requirements.
other projects
While kitchens, bathrooms and additions are our forte, we do other types of projects, usually in conjunction with one of the former. If you need a deck or a guest-house built or a garage reconfigured, we can do it.
And if it’s a service we don’t provide, we can probably refer you.
